By accessing the Alfa USA Tours website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

Alfa USA Tours provides bespoke premium travel and hospitality enquiry services. All packages are subject to availability and final confirmation. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a booking.

3. FIFA World Cup 2026™ Notice

Alfa USA Tours is not affiliated with FIFA, FIFA World Cup 2026™, or On Location. We are not an authorised ticket sales agent. Tickets are not included in our base travel packages.

4. Pricing & Payment

All quotes are valid for the period stated in your proposal. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policies will be detailed in your individual booking confirmation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms depend on the specific suppliers and components of your travel package. Full terms will be provided before any booking is confirmed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alfa USA Tours is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A.
